I have been going to Concept one for over 3 years now for a hair integration system.  Rob the owner is great.  Takes his time, is very through.  I have ordered 3 systems now and once Rob felt that when it came in the quality of the hair was not great, so he sent it back and asked he manufacturer to send a better piece.  The next one came in perfect.  That shows he really cared about his customers and is willing to go above and beyond without the customer having to even ask.”
